Debahy started their activities as local importer and distributor in 1901 and is still today a family business run and managed by four brothers.
With the constant changes in the Middle East, the Group reduced little by little its direct implication on the local Syrian and Lebanese markets, to focus on a more general activity: trading.
Today, we are mainly a worldwide, independent brokerage and trading company based in Lebanon and specialized in all kind of soft commodities, grains, cereals, pulses and other food stuff commodities mainly: wheat, barley, corn, soya beans and meal, sugar, coffee, rice, flour, tea, glucose, starch, canned mushrooms, tomato paste, pasta, sesame seeds and many more…

In addition to foodstuff product, the group offers access to serious suppliers and buyers of metal products and fertilizers like Urea, DAP, NPK or liquid fertilizers.

The group is well established in Lebanon and therefore enjoys a strategical position for the rest of the Middle East. We are particularly well connected and introduced in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Syria, and Jordan as well as some Western and Eastern African countries like Ghana, Guinea, Kenya or Erythrea.

Through the years of experience, the company has built a serious network of international relationships with worldwide producers, international trading companies, major importers and industrials.
